Read one establishment by its establishment number.
One place a company operates from: its own identifier, address, activity and opening
dates, plus the identity of the legal entity it belongs
to. Its country_data carries the source fields with no canonical column, under their
original names — the one thing a list item never has. data_updated_at is the register's
own timestamp for the record, not the time it was imported.
The key travels as an Authorization header here; the query form works on /suggest
alone, and authentication says why.
…and any other field the source publishes for this record.

The canonical card of one establishment, the identity of the legal entity it belongs to, and country_data: the source fields that have no canonical column, under their original names.
